Our recycling project in India has been published on The Asahi Shimbun (News Paper) in the evening of 24th October 2012.
This program is a part of the Overseas Expansion program of Japan’s Venous Industries which was arranged by the MOE/Ministry of Environment. Additionally, it has been adopted as Early Bird Project in DMIC/Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project by METI/Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan.
Imabari Cotton Recycle was appeared at corner of "JAPANxMONOCLE" in the "MONOCLE, vol.6, issue57" which is the England magazine.
It has been introduced in the 9th page of the magazine appendix entitled "JAPAN× MONOCLE." - "JAPAN'S NEW WORLD".

The magazine ELCO RADAR will publish an article about JEPLAN and Michihiko Iwamoto, the Co Founder and managing director of JEPLAN.
Iwamoto will present the current situation of textile recycling, new recycling technologies and also possible future developments.
The Ehime Prefecture High School published an article about JEPLAN's recycling technologies in a science study paper. The article focuses on the technology where cotton fiber is processed to bioethanol.

The Japanese economy newspaper "Nihon Keizai Shinbun" published an article about JEPLAN and it's PLA PLUS Project on the 20th February of 2012.
"In the past local authorities collected the plastic waste from companies like Takara Tomy, starbucks and co. for incineration or landfilling, but JEPLAN is planning to collect/recycle the trash and turn it back into reusable plastic or fuel."

PATAGONIA Japan released the article "What is the future for the worn clothing of Patagonia" on their website, in which they presented and explained our technology and recycling method.
The magazine "Science Window", which is owned by the Science and Technology Agency published an article about our efforts in establishing a recycling society/economy. The article is in the early spring 2012 edition and 80.000 copies have been distributed to elementary, junior and high schools.
They will be used as teaching material by science teachers and other people involved in science education.
