BRING™, operated by JEPLAN, INC. (Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer: Masaki Takao; hereinafter “JEPLAN”), has conducted the 'Fucoupon Campaign' (hereinafter the “Campaign”) in collaboration with partner companies since 2023 to promote the resource circulation of textile products. In 2026, the fourth year of the initiative, the Campaign will be held from Thursday, October 1 to Saturday, October 31*1, together with eight brands operated by six partner companies.
Through the Campaign, participating companies will provide special coupons or points to customers who help collect unwanted clothing and other textile products. By encouraging people to circulate unwanted textile products as resources instead of discarding them, the Campaign will promote resource circulation and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

The Campaign will be conducted at 177 collection locations nationwide in collaboration with eight brands operated by six partner companies committed to sustainable management and business practices. Partner companies will issue discount coupons or points redeemable at their stores to customers who bring eligible textile products for collection. This enables customers to participate in reuse and recycling initiatives while enjoying valuable benefits.
In Japan, approximately 470,000 metric tons of clothing are discarded each year as combustible or non-combustible waste, and only about 5% is recycled. One of the main reasons why much of the clothing people let go of is discarded rather than reused or recycled is the convenience of disposal, including that it requires little time or effort.*2
In response to this situation, the Campaign will accept a wide range of textile products, not only clothing, and provide consumers with convenient collection opportunities in areas close to their daily lives. Through these efforts, the Campaign will encourage greater interest in and action toward reuse and recycling, while helping reduce discarded clothing and stimulate consumer activity through the use of coupons. Together with its partner companies, BRING will work to expand the Campaign to promote resource circulation for clothing and a broad range of textile products.
The JEPLAN Group will continue working with partners in Japan and overseas as one group to lead the circular economy and realize its mission to “Circulate Everything.”

About 'Fucoupon Campaign 2026'(https://fucoupon-campaign.jp/)
The Campaign promotes the reuse and recycling of clothing and other textile products, while addressing consumer concerns such as not knowing where to take unwanted items. Discount coupons offered by participating companies also help reduce the financial burden on consumers. In this way, the Campaign contributes not only to reducing discarded clothing but also to reducing CO₂ emissions through “Reduce.” Textile products collected through the Campaign will be directed, through collaboration with a diverse range of partners, toward reuse with traceable destinations and recycling into clearly identified applications wherever possible.
Through these initiatives, the Campaign will contribute to reducing discarded clothing and other textile products and lowering CO₂ emissions, while comprehensively promoting the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) toward the realization of a circular society.
